The Ops 1:1 Strategy Day is perfect for any business that wants to get serious about its operations processes. whether that’s 1-person micro-businesses or teams of 10+.

The 1:1 Strategy Day is fully online over Zoom, so location isn’t an issue. We are also happy to deliver this in-person and on site if preferred!

We’ll start by identifying any pain points you have right now and doing a SWOT analysis of your current set up. Next we’ll talk to the wider team and/or decision makers about their areas of concern before working through a comprehensive operations audit and flagging any further areas for improvement along with solutions for you to try.

1 month after your 1:1 Strategy Day we’ll arrange a check-in to see how you’re getting on and to make sure you’re following your new plan.

All I need from you prior to our 1:1 Strategy Day is a copy of your current staff hierarchy, any areas that you have already identified that you are struggling with and the names and job titles of those who will be involved on the day. Once I have that and the answers from a questionnaire I’ll send over, we’re ready to start.
